  4. Using the drop down menus, select Apple, iPhone 7, 32GB
    • phone must be in good condition to qualify for full $246 trade in credit
  5. Click "Add trade-in"
  6. Select coverage (additional fees will apply) or skip
  7. Add to cart
  8. Your total will be $449 - $150 instant savings - $246 trade in value = $53 + free shipping.
    • You'll receive a kit to safely mail your old phone. After your old phone is inspected you'll get an email confirming its value and receive the credit in 2-5 days. Sent my trade in on Nov 23rd, got email on Dec 2nd that they received my phone. Four hours later another email came that they are refunding $246 as promised. Great Deal. By the way, the USPS tracking says that my phone is still in transit.

Did anyone receive referral credit for purchases made with super fan code last month with Google purchase? I received an email from Google store with a promo code of $100 off on Google store purchases. I was under the impression that we are supposed to receive $100 Google store credit instead of $100 promo code which I received. I'm not too sure if the promo code I received is related to super fan code or not.

What "email"? I placed 2 orders using superfan codes, I saw the text blurb at checkout about the code applying but I have never received anything further saying anything at all about the codes/credit.

Excellent experience for you hoping for the same, had heard that it takes a long time, for me it's taking forever just to get my trade in kit. Of course I do live in the middle of no where.

If there's no limitation in the amount of purchase wouldn't it be the same being either $100 off or $100 in credit since result is the same? There's page that describes how it exactly works if you Google it

Does anyone know what would happen if you trade in a better phone than originally noted? For example I inadvertently put an iPhone 6+ instead of an iPhone 7+, with a notable $150 more in trade in. Should I send in the 7+ and hope I get better?

They accepted my smashed screen iPhone 7 that was even missing chunks of glass. Full 246. Great deal. Now hopefully someone buys the 6a off me. Or maybe I keep it and sell the 7.

Got $246 for the smashed iphone 7. The back camera didn't work.

Is anyone else also waiting for the trade in kit to be mailed out? My order was placed Nov 28, phone received Dec 1. However, trade in kit status still shows as pending. Did you all receive a separate trade in kit? If so, how soon after your order and delivery of phone?

I had ordered 4 Pixel phones separately and the Trade-In-Kits would normally arrive within a week or so after receiving the phone. If it's been after two weeks then I would be worried. You should of received an email about Google sending you a trade-in-kit. It's Christmas season now so expect some delays in getting mail delivered on time.
