I spoke to a rep yesterday about this owners reward

Rep said they haven't gotten the code to work as of then and I could place a order then credit me back the 20% in 7-10 days

Airwrap is eligible and I ordered it.

I just bought the Airwrap less than 2 weeks ago as a Christmas present for my wife. She already has the hair dryer. I was able to chat with support and they refunded the 20% to my card.

I searched google images for dyson products and found some that showed serial number, i was able to register a dummy product. However I'm having issues with dyson honoring 20% off, they are saying that they don't have any qualifying products remaining for the deal. Supposedly only the old airwrap qualifies for 20% off and they don't have any

There's only two. Complete Long and Complete. As far as I can tell, the "complete" is out of stock so there really is only one.

Called and registered a stick vacuum and placed the order for an Airwrap using the 20% off. It was pretty easy and the rep on the line was very helpful. Hope the wife likes it lol

Update - It worked. Got the vinca color for $508.79 on the chat. You should try another rep on chat.

There is the AirWrap, the dryer and the straightener. Airwrap is for most non-ethnic hair women.

If you go to the website there is a small blue bubble in the bottom right corner. You can select that and then select make a purchase followed by hair care and finally hit the chat option.
