Update - The original order ID is different than the one email I got. CS is saying ignore this email. Gosh am I jumping through hoops and loops for this Airwrap or what. My wife better appreciate it. lol jk I know she will.

I can't believe finding dummy serial numbers on google worked for both of us. This is great
I bought my wife the previous version that came out last year.
If this is the new version, is it worth upgrading to the 2022 model?
Not sure what's different or how much better the new version is.

Only a 5 min video and was recently updated a few days ago. You get to choose for your self what you want to spend and what performance you want with that level all tested to the same standard.
But the V15 is the best. But most expensive. Sharks are great too though. Lots more in-depth video when you narrow down what you want.

I have mid-back, wavy-ish thick hair. The air wrap is basically useless except for the straightening attachment, which I do like to make flyaways smooth. It does not save any time, in fact my dyson hairdryer (which I love) and a curling wand is much faster. All this does is tangle my hair and give me a very large curl with a ton of stray hairs that falls out within 15 mins. Your hair has to be much drier than you think for it to work, and it still isn't great IMO. Mostly, if you have a lot of hair or very thick hair, this will likely not work well for you. Get the shark dupe instead at Costco to try something like this out.
2. I have owned a new cordless vac from dyson every 2 years for the last decade, plus the air wrap and hairdryer. They have HORRIBLE customer service - ask me about how TWICE they screwed up and sent me two vacuums instead of one - and get everything in writing because I wouldn't trust them for a second on a refund.
