I'm going to try and go to my Costco in Jersey today. Special addition is the color. That makes sense, instead of some real features that help the consumer.

These tend to burn themselves out during the descale cycle. We had 3 within the family that were all replaced at least once in the first year. The replacements all died after the warranty period. We now have ninja machines that are going strong for about a year now.
Same here. Got it from Costco last year, first one burned within 6 months after descaling. Keurig replaced it easily, but the second one burned in like 3 months (this time trying to coldbrew). Again they replaced it easily, and the third one is still alive.

I did notice that the descaling process is unnecessarily long and the machine gets very hot by the end. Every time it does it I have my fingers crossed

This special addition also has 5 brew strengths and 5 temperature options, instead of the 3 each that the supreme plus normally has

If it breaks after 1 year, will costco still refund/replace? What is the MFG Warranty?

Breaking seems to be a theme all across the board no matter where, what. I would be happy if this thing lasted me 3 years.

I was able to return a Keurig I purchased 4yrs ago for a refund. I originally called to see how long I had it before it failed. The person I talked to told me to bring it back. They gave me my original purchase price back on a gift card. Easiest return I ever had.

Don't do it all at once. It will die. Let it rest 15 minutes between hitting the buttons.

You all have to try nespresso instead of spending any money on drip coffee system (all keurigs). Nespresso capsule are expensive ~$1 each but it's worth the extra 50 cents you spend on keurigs.

I have Nespresso Vertu, I believe I bought from Bloomingdales that I never use. I used for like a month. I liked it at first but im like you know this is way too strong and I prefer mild coffee black and more volume 16 oz so I've been drinking Blonde Americanos ever since then. My current rent is $2500/year(perhaps more) to Starbucks

They seem to have fixed the problem because I haven't had any units burn out after the initial manufacturing batch.

My last replacement from them was sent October 2021. I sure hope the newer ones are better. I won't be buying keurig brand in the future.

Isn't it sold at Costco at this price every day?
You could say so, as these go on sale at Costco almost every quarter.

Great price! I bought it on Costco.com but need to pay $9.99 shipping. I found the same one on Amazon for the same price and free shipping but it wouldn't arrive until after Christmas.
