Pair of Powerblock Elite EXP Adjustable Dumbbells (2020 Model, Stage 1, 5-50lbs) are on sale right now for $305.99 at Amazon w/ free Prime shipping. Not the absolute cheapest deal seen on SD, but pretty close to it. Each dumbbell is expandable to 70 and 90 lbs if you purchase the Stage 2 and Stage 3 kits, respectively, but make sure you buy the correct expansions for the ELITE EXP dumbbells since some people may not be aware of the different dumbbell types that Powerblock offers.

The 2.5 weight increments make the thing feel awkward and imbalanced for most workouts especially when only 1 is used (2.5) vs 2 (5.0).
On my model (I have the smallest model apparently) the hole for your hand isn't the biggest and makes it difficult or impossible to do certain workouts with these vs the traditional dumbell style adjustable.
Even without the addon weights, when you do curls with these there is a slight movement in the dumbell that just makes holding and engaging a specific muscle maybe a bit weird feeling. Hard to describe but curls with this feel a bit off. DB press isn't too bad without the add-on weights and they are still an incredible space saver but almost thinking about getting a pair of bowflex to use for workouts below 50 pounds and these for higher.
Then I saw this post and ran back out today

Even at this price it's going to take some time getting used to it. First impression these are not worth the money
Couldn't be happier. Best adjustable dumbbells I've ever used, bar none and honestly better than some dedicated dumbbells due to the shape. They're sturdy, quick to adjust, very ergonomic... amazing! I got the extensions up to 90 lbs as well. Highly recommended if you're on the fence as well.
