I work for one of the 3 large credit bureaus and can say most BNPL companies do not make a hard pull. I will say that most BNPL are shady AF when it comes to this. On reddit, one thought is that people with high credit scores won't qualify because the business model is built on people who might not pay so they rack up fees. Not sure if this is true or not, just conjecture from another message board.

If you keep your credit reports frozen (as we all should, just temp unfreeze when seeking new credit), Zip will automatically decline you and tell you that you cannot re-apply for 6 months. There is no recourse for this and they will not help you, even if you explain the situation. Glad I was not approved because they sound like a terrible company.

fyi - MSI allows for online submission of the rebate. Took 5 mins. Dont be afraid of MIR.
But why? Just why have it at all?

Is it still because redemption rates are low? Or just for MSI to get your contact details.

Thanks OP, I also saw this deal on Reddit and wasn't even considering an AMD card. This is a nice upgrade from my 1070. I got a 6900 xt for 623.75 after tax. Much cheaper than comparable Nvidia cards I was looking at. I would have liked the 6950, but out of stock. I've been looking for a good card deal or used for months. 4 payments of about 156/month, which is even better for interest free monies! I also didn't need an app, I thought I saw someone mention needing to download an app, I just got sent a security code to my phone number.

Ordered on 11/14 came on 11/21. Crashed in a Neverwinter fight, but the software's stress test did good. Need to play more, see a little stutter/lag, adjusted some settings. Saw the lower "zip" price, but I bought with Amex card which extends the warranty 2-3 more years beyond normal warranty so that's worth a lot.

Too bad it's already out of stock as this is IMHO the best value for a 6xxx series card. It's hard to say if it will ever come back in stock or when exactly Newegg would charge it to us.
which is a better value for money? this 6800 xt or 6700 xt for $310 after MIR and zip11 discount code? 6800 xt almost 2x the price, but i m not sure if performance is almost 2x as well?

i can afford both cards and i want to get the best performance for the dollar spent, but the issue here is that i m going to plug it in my old i7 4th gen intel with 32gb ram ddr.

Thanks in advance. i am newb in graphic card.

Holy smokes this worked for me. Agreed YMMV should probably be in title in case you're not approved by zip, but I had no issue.

My experience:

$534.99 NewEgg Price
- $58.85 (11% for code ZIP11 and paying with ZIP)
- $20.00 Mail-in-rebate
= $456.14 + tax

That is a slickkkkkkkk price for a 6800 XT. Thanks OP.

EDIT: Many already know this as AMD is doing this for most cards right now, but this also includes Dead Island 2 and Callisto Protocol game downloads for FREE.
Can you share your refer a friend code with me? Apparently we can both get a reward if I sign up for zip with your referral code:

6800xt performance is about 1.46x more powerful according to techpowerup's relative performance chart https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-s...0-xt.c3695 .
And it's also 1.46x the price (this ASRock model). It's up to you if you want to spend extra money for extra performance. if u play in 4k resolution, then definitely go for the 6800xt

i mostly use the card for online trading, not gaming, probably occasional gaming like GTA or car racing, but other than that, no

i m guessing 6700 xt is enough for that? or game doesn't matter? only the resolution i play in matters?

In your case I'd definitely go for the 6700XT, unless that gaming you're doing is in 4k. If that's the case I'd get the 6800XT. I keep waffling myself on whether or not I need the 6800XT as I play in 1440p. The 6800XT would last me longer to be sure, but I could always sell the 6700XT a year from now and get the 7700XT which should hopefully be out by then.

I only do 1440p and am pretty certain I want the extra headroom the 6800xt will offer me. 1440p does fall on that 6700vs6800 line.

I really wanted to go through with this deal, I even ordered it but then canceled. I'm only really saving $60 on this deal and that costs me 1. No full returns. 2. RMA is through Asrock which I've heard is terrible. and 3. Sketchy payment service. Just too many red flags, ill wait for another. I can't be stressed about buying a new GPU, I want to be thrilled and not feel like I could be getting screwed at some point.

I really wanted this deal but ended up canceling the order. I want to be thrilled buying a new GPU but I felt like I could be getting screwed at some point for multiple reasons. 1. No full returns. 2 I've heard Asrock RMA is terrible. 3. Sketchy payment service. These worries are not worth it for me for only a $60 discount really. $80 with rebate but I'm not going through the hassle to get $20 back in 3 months. There will be better deals with better brands and customer service.
