Don't want to sound noobish, but is this laptop something that'll last 5 years?
(plus I need to have the numpad.. I believe this one does, although not all pictures show that)

It depends upon what would be your usecases and without knowing that anybody can't say if it will be sufficent in next couple of years.
And regarding NumPad, yes, it does have it.

I don't think this laptop with integrated Graphics can hold for 5 years for even light gaming, unless you're playing very old or extremely less demanding games. For Office, browsing, Streaming, it should be fine. Did not get the Video Recording part.

If you can extend your budget then look for something like Lenovo Slim 7 Pro X (AMD) or Slim 7i Pro X (Intel). There are slightly over 1K mark but comes with very beefy configuration, light weight, has premium build and dedicated GPU. I think those kind of laptops will serve you for a long time.

$800 is a good budget. I normally post a lot of laptop deals. Keep following those. I am sure you will definitly get something with a Powerful Processor and moderately powerful GPU. Will let you know if I find something during BF.

The below one also worths a shot. Keep an eye on it, price may go down.

Probably want to wait for Ryzen 6 series in these types of laptops without a GPU. The 660M and 680M igpus are massive leaps in performance for graphics. Makes basic gaming playable at pixel doubling.

This one? https://slickdeals.net/f/16220872-asus-zenbook-pro-15-oled-ryzen-7-5800h-15-6-fhd-rtx-3050-ti-512gb-ssd-712-w-zip-checkout-free-s-h
People in the comments are hesitant about it afaik. I know you can't please everyone, but still...
Plus only 2 usb ports, and ram isn't upgradable....
