Brushed, 2x 2S 1600mHA, 40 min runtime is technically 20 mins per battery. 31 mph top speed sounds questionable. I think you'd have more fun with an Arrma 3s BLX Granite. Granted the price is around 3x as much, and arrma doesn't come with a battery. if you bash around, spare parts are easy to find with an arrma.
