People going through with this when the promo disappears from the cart have never dealt with Visible before. IT's hard enough to get promos when it does show. I believe they are being sued for it.

1. This is prepaid. You will get instructions for GC redemption after you pay for 3rd month, which is at the end of month #2. So no need to wait for 4th month.

2. Cashback and referral will not work together based on feedback in previous threads.

Just a courtesy warning: don't hold on to the GC too long because it's considered a "promo" giftcard and thus expires after one year. From the promo T&C:

"Gift card vendor list is variable and subject to change. Gift Card redemption promotion code is valid for redemption with 3rd party for 30 days. Valid for up to 12 months; unused funds will forfeit after expiration date. Gift card to be fulfilled digitally; physical cards will not be issued."
