I have these and badly wish they supported that. I effectively got them for free from Samsung at launch, so it's hard to complain. But it does make me envious of some other buds.
That said, they sound great!
As someone else said, allows you to connect two devices simultaneously. I'll have my work laptop and phone hooked up and if I get a call, it will switch to phone. It's pretty seamless transition.
On non multi point, you have to manually connect a different device, then you lose all connection to the first until you manually reconnect again.
Jabra is really good with implementation of multi point, Sony too, etc. Not sure of others.

Returns are made very easy, but be warned, amazon specifically is known to track how frequently this happens with every account, so if you do it too many times in a certain range of time, they will send you a notice and/or close the account entirely.
It's up to their own discretion whether or not the account is excessively using the return system or not, no one knows their exact criteria.
Amazon in general I wouldn't recommend as a try it or buy it type of option more than a couple times because eventually they will give a final notice and/or just close the account.
Not mobile, on PC.
with the AmEx 40% off, it'd be $75
