Three strikes against this. Newegg (strike 1) but other seller that has poor ratings (1 strike) plus it's a PNY card (strike 3 -- I've tried PNY products off and on over the years and never had a good experience). Not worth it.

Read the seller's reviews. A shocking amount (11%) of their reviews are 1 star and the numerous complaints of the seller selling used/refurbished items as new or straight up shipping out a completely different product.

Almost surprised they're allowed on Newegg then again Newegg has nosedived in quality many years ago.

Amazon and Ebay have the same seller too but for a bit more in price than this (389 ish) but Amazon comes with a 90 renewed guarantee. Not sure how that works though if they are neither the seller nor the shipper?

I think this merchant previously listed them as used, so you're taking a chance. Also, as far as I can tell, the Zipfest ended late last night as I'm no longer seeing it on Newegg. EDIT - nevermind. The code Zip11 still seems to work; it's just no longer being advertised on item pages and you can't combine it with any coupons like "$40 off with coupon code". It also operates pre-tax.

Thanks for the warning. In the last six months, almost every Slickdeal on geforce 3070 has pretty much said, "Wait for Black Friday." So, now we are close. Been putting off getting a geforce 3070 for months and looking forward to the deals coming tomorrow!

Its not quite dead- though different than OP stated.

$389 directly refurbished by PNY with a full 3 year warranty via amazon.

Might deserve a new post... I'm tempted to buy this... PNY generally is .. lower quality than other companies but its a 3070 for under 400 bucks...
