Costco has $100 worth of CPK physical gift cards for $69.99 through 11/28. The deal is for 2 $50 gift cards (item # from my receipt is 0000290754/5677.)
This deal is slightly better than the one offered directly through California Pizza Kitchen (30% discount vs 24%) and the promo value does not expire on 12/31 on this one like it does when you buy through CPK.
Nice way to take the edge off some otherwise pricey pizza when the kids are adamant about hitting up cpk when we're at the mall.

Do I have to tell the server at the time I give them my credit card or at the time of seating?
Online ordering is fine, but whenever I go dine I can't remember what rewards I have and the server don't seem to care. What's the best practice.

I would *assume* they can enter your# any time before the check is finalized.
In my experience I always remembered to tell them early and they offered to check for rewards before I ordered. It seems to me that they can easily access my profile.
I believe you can in store as the shop card is recognized.

I got the same deal in store for physical cards. I never used ecards at cpk, but maybe someone can weigh in with their experience.
Yes, my Costco normally has them for $80, but I had always stocked up when they have the extra $10 off.
I'm not sure how long EGC's normally take for delivery, but I would probably start by confirming Costco actually charged my credit card, and if so I would call Costco's CS to find out what's going on.
Egiftcards are always a coinflip depending how the server is. For me I read it to him and he wrote it down. Kinda a coin flip. They can be a jerk about it cause they have to write down 20 charecters. In my case they wrote down 2 cards he was nice about it but sometimes people can display they are not happy about an egiftcard.

I guess I will have to use it for online pickup order then! I hope it will easily work for online ordering.
