This is tempting to replace my old HP Spectre 32in 4K monitor. I mainly want HDR and slim profile to gain some space back given the Spectre huge side speakers. The smart app features are a nice add also, but the brightness is a concern. Also anyone has any idea if the monitor can push/hack beyond 60hz like some VA panels can to 72-75hz?

This is M70A version of the monitor with 250nits VA panel, I had it for a couple of days before returning it. The color and viewing angle is horrible, HDR is negligible if any. Not recommending it.

You're right, that's why I'm willing to pay a bit more for at least a M70B.

I haven't noticed a deal for that monitor but I think its in the $300+ area which is already 4k tv territory prices with decent specs. 1 can get a 4K TV like a Hisense U6 series for around $350 or even cheeper this Friday, it can be used as a monitor as well and that tv{hisense u6 series} has 600 nits of brightness.

Damn, I just bought this a few days ago for $210…

Does anyone know if B&H has price protection? If not, I might have to just buy another one. $20 is $20.

What's better in general, a 4k display @ 60hz or a 1080 display @ 144hz?
Only an occasional gamer
