Camel price history shows this going for about $19.50 normaly. The list price makes these slickdeal posts look way better than they actually are.
Also a great way to tier up the walls.
Little bit of wood glue goes a long way for rigidity with this type of kit. I got two for each kids' room, gonna tuck it behind their door. Poor reviews are most likely people that shouldn't be assembling this themselves.

This is 4 feet tall. Pics make it look like it goes to the ceiling. Garbage. Would have made a cool cat tree otherwise.

I've had a set off shelves just like these. I can't speak to these shelves specifically, but I had some significant problems with mine because the corner they were going into was at a ~88-degree angle, not 90 degrees. That made for a difficult install until I shaved some edges down.

$15 can barely get you a 2x4x10.

It's surprisingly easy to slap mud, light sand & slop paint.

Life's too short to worry about holes I. $12 panels of sheet rock.

A 1x8x10 (the size you'd need to make this) is under $14 near me but it would still be $50-100 once turned into one of these.

Exactly what I wast thinking. Cat tree that doesn't look like cat tree. 4ft is a shame. How about 2 of fhese but I guess each step is too small for cat?
