You will need to install the Samsung Mobile App to see the price.

Once you have it installed, go to Samsung Outlet. The current price of $899 will be reduced to $755.

I just ordered one.

The Neo is an upgraded version of the G9 and it’s therefore more expensive.. The Neo uses mini-LED technology (much better than the G9’s poor implementation of local dimming) and has HDMI 2.1 instead of 2.0.

FWIW, a flash deal over the weekend from Microsoft Store had this monitor at $700, and the Odyssey Neo at $1150.

Time machines being still in the design phase, there is hope another retailer will mimic sometime during the holidays, but this is still solid if you missed out and want this one vs the Neo, and can take advantage of the EDU/MIL discount.
I don't think this is outlet price, but normal price instead. EDU/military discount ended up taking it down to $755 like you mentioned, though!

Was wondering if I should get it and at this price I'm definitely OK with the decision!

EDIT: PSA for all - This is showing up on the normal advertised link in the Samsung shop, no need for the app! You'll have to go to the cart page after you added the monitor for the price to show up (must have EDU/military discount as well). Thanks again OP for the find!
Damn this or the CRG9 which I already bought. The curvature on the G9 might be pretty rough. Right now the CRG9 fits me desk perfectly.

As a note the CRG9 works at 100hz in PBP mode.

The G9 works at 60hz in PBP and maybe some mods and custom settings to get it up to 120/144hz in PBP.

Hmmm… it might be worthwhile to just kept the CRG9 since I run almost exclusively in PBP mode.

Showing as $899 on mobile app for me as well. When I visit the website and add the EDU discount, it doesn't say anything but when I add to cart, it drops down to 742.49. I'm tempted to get this...

Happened to me as well. Search for G9 after you clicked the Samsung Outlet. It will show up as 755

I missed the 699 microsoft deal, so I pulled the trigger on this one.

bought from Microsoft $699. I will say this is the best WFH monitor I ever had.

Make sure you have the graphics card to push this thing, or you can always use the PIP and separate the displays, then the requirement would be less demanding.

So tempting...Currently have the 120hz C49RG90. If I could score at the $700 price point from a local retailer I would jump on this.

I was going to buy the CRG9 49 for $688, but decided to get this one for less than $70 more. I'll probably never take advantage of the 240hz, since I don't game.

PSA for all: I got this price at the normal shop page on my PC, no app needed! After adding it to your cart, go to the cart page [samsung.com] and the price will adjust!
