full res at 60fps? no
1280x720 at 30fps? maybe.
The Ryzen versions of these laptops have a better GPU but still are not fantastic.
edit; I didn't realize they stopped making the SL with the Ryzen. I looked again at the CPU in this one and it uses the 12 gen with Xe, specifically this one here,

It doesn't appear to be great but it might be able to handle csgo better than I originally thought. Your issue most likely is going to be a CPU bottleneck at lower res. I stand by you should look elsewhere if you need something to play csgo even on low settings.
edit #2; alright, I'm just wrong. This guy here is testing with the 96EU version ( the one on the SL is the 80EU version ) and it seems pretty playable,
