Walmart also sells the equivalent Aspirin, Acetomenaphine and Caffeine (what Excedrin is) at a significant discount. It is is branded as Equate and it is typically about $5 for 200 pills.

Used to get 2-3 times migraine a month, and I used to keep this with me all the time. If I ever walked out without it, I would get nervous and the panic would set in because it worked that well. I had to have it with me. But, once I started to cut off carbs, stopped taking sugar in its entirety, and relied on the keto diet, my Migraine hasn't returned once since. My migraine is the type that starts with the Aura and the feeling you get when that happens is so bad because after an hour so the pain follows and hits you like a truck. I am a believer now all diseases that manifest in our body are because of the food we eat. I hope you start doing some lifestyle changes and reap the benefits but this med worked well for migraine headaches.

Only Exerdrin migraine works for me. Costco has the generic brand but somehow it is not as effective.

Only difference is packaging. Regular Excedrin and Excedrin Migrane are the exact same drug at the exact same dose.

Excedrin migraine and Excedrin extra strength are the same ingredients. The only difference (besides the price) is the recommended dosage.
