I don't think so. 2.4x2.4x1.18 inches. Best buy essentials. Pretty sure it's not GaN.

Just for reference, you can get one of these 65w on eBay for about the same price. Doesn't have PPS, but it comes with a USB C hub, which is worth $10 on its own.

This charger won't support the 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 mode. 45W SFC 2.0 requires support for over 4A in PPS mode. This charger limits PPS current to 3.25A. This limits its support to the "slower" 25W SFC mode.

You may want to check that the option for Super Fast Charging [samsung.com] is enabled on your phone to ensure your phone is negotiating the fastest charging rate (though, again, 45 SFC 2.0 won't be possible with this particular charger).
