very underwhelming sale
Sucks that the discount expires at all
Not sure why people are down on this deal. $20 of credit for the price of $5 is pretty decent. With a 60 day redemption window that puts any new releases in December and January in play to use these credits with.

Nice deal, thanks for the heads up.

Lego Vip is a farce until they let all lego sets bought from anywhere be included towards points.
They do at least give points now for buying from Target, but you only get 5 points per $1 spent instead of the 6.5 when you buy from Lego directly. Target does have decent sales from time to time and you can get the 5% off with Red Card which kind of makes up for the point difference, but yes would be nice if more stores were included.

You can use up to four rewards codes per order. So in essence you're buying a $5 reward but getting $20 worth of credit. I don't know how anybody doesn't think that's a good deal. The real question is how many can I buy and put on to separate orders. It's like getting Legos for 75% off
Oh, more than that. I placed an order this morning using 4 discounted $5 off codes and two $100 off codes. I don't think there's a limit as long as the total discount is less than the cost of the sets. You can only get 4 of the discounted $5 off codes, though.

Was just on their website and they actually changed the price on R2-D2 from $199, originally, to $239. Ridiculous.

Ugh. I literally spent 500 points yesterday to get $5 off on a Lego order. Had no clue they were gonna do anything at all.

Sold out!???!?? WTF Lego! This is another reason I'm about done with them. Why couldn't they make sure this tiny crappy offer wasn't just available ALL day?

Underwhelming LEGO black Friday but still a good deal on the VIP points. Free extra $15 if you have points

I actually think this is the best LEGO Black Friday deal in several years. Plus $20 off for the points of $5?
