I chatted with them:
Me: I want to sign up for your 100 day Warp 5G free trial. I have 3 or 4 lines that I want to port in. Is there a limit on the number of free trials I can receive (if the numbers are all distinct)? Or, should I create separate accounts for each number?
Them: Yes, however please know that the free trial is limited to one per account
Me: Ok, thanks. Is it ok to create additional accounts for the same address?
Them: Yes, it's fine though however please know that in order to register a free trial you must use new accounts with a payment method that has not been used before.
Edit: The weird thing is, it didn't ask for a payment method when I just placed an order. So...

If you know you're going to just dispose of the number after the trial, then free 100 day trial is still a free 100 day trial. But just be aware of possible hassles if you need to port out at the end.

About a month ago I had this chat for 4 lines total with 2 on basic (no hotspot) and 2 lines on premium....Here is the copied reply:
"Charge per line for basic: $23.31
Charge per line for premium: $34.36
if you have 2 basic and 2 premium"
They will also tell you the EXACT amount they will reimburse for any of the services you are eligible for (like Netflix or Hulu) if you have enough Premium lines. So be sure to ask if you are interested in that feature.
Switched to them about 4 months ago now from Google Fi, had fi for 2.5 years.
So far so good. I am in a very rural area where Verizon and US Cellular are king, however recently the tmobile signal has improved. My only regret is not having an eSim capable phone. We went to canada last month and didn't have any phone coverage or even data coverage as a result. I believe with an eSim we could have gotten data in Canada.
