I chatted with them:

Me: I want to sign up for your 100 day Warp 5G free trial. I have 3 or 4 lines that I want to port in. Is there a limit on the number of free trials I can receive (if the numbers are all distinct)? Or, should I create separate accounts for each number?

Them: Yes, however please know that the free trial is limited to one per account

Me: Ok, thanks. Is it ok to create additional accounts for the same address?

Them: Yes, it's fine though however please know that in order to register a free trial you must use new accounts with a payment method that has not been used before.

Edit: The weird thing is, it didn't ask for a payment method when I just placed an order. So...

US Mobile gave me a TERRIBLE hassle when I tried to port my number out after a previous free trial. Their customer verification system needs more work. First I validated the email address on the account, but then was asked to still call in to speak to a service rep. The service rep had me sign in to the account and verify the remaining days and expiration date of my current trial, but then said it did not match what was showing on their system. I had a screenshot of the dash and they still could not accept that. So then I had to go back in the account and literally create 3 answers to 3 security questions while on the call, and then read off my answers to him. I'm pretty sure the rep could hear my frustration at this rigamrole when I gave him three identical and wholly irrelevant answers.

If you know you're going to just dispose of the number after the trial, then free 100 day trial is still a free 100 day trial. But just be aware of possible hassles if you need to port out at the end.
I've had US Mobile for a couple months. So far its great. I'm using the Verizon network / sim and 5G gets high priority. 4G does get deprioritized if busy. I swapped from Total by Verizon when I couldn't activate my Pixel 7. US Mobile activated with esim and card on my Pixel 7 and hotspot works fine. Highly recommend so far. Wish I had gotten in on this!
This may be a ticket out of T-Mobile and return after 90 days as a new customer to get their new customer deals.

Tempted to switch given my Mint plan cuts out in a few days, from what I see there is no downside, 15gb a month instead of 10gb on mint for the same price and it's monthly instead of an annual payment. VZW + T Mobile, Wifi calling now works with them too.. (Android user here)
