Watch out Amazon has knockoff Gearwrench. This why I don't shop ebay anymore too many of them. If amazon becomes like them ill quit shopping there too.

I bought it last week when it dropped to $16 from 20. I like it, but one end was a little rougher than I'd like, with higher than expected back drag. Still worth it and better quality than other options I've tried for these inexpensive micro ratchets. I'd buy it again.

I have exact set from Amazon a few years back, a few dollars cheaper.
The whole thing feels very cheap. Wrench, sockets and case, all very cheap.
Maybe Gearwrench is that way!

the compact size makes it tempting to keep in my car/motorcycle/ and ebike..

but i'll pass at this price.. have too many tools already *almost*

I could just organize my crap and make it from spares to do the same without it being so compact though. oh well.

Gearwrench stuff is usually "slim," gives the appearance of being cheap because it is not hefty, but they are made of stronger materials. I would take this as a sign of it being genuine. Unless it breaks on you first time you tighten down a 1/4" bolt.

Totally agree. I have this one as well and it has saved my bacon on a number of projects where I had a very tight space.

I have few gearwrench products and they feel like high quality . I don't know if i got fake or not but this feels really really cheap . My basic cheapest set from Lowes feels double quality of this one .

I bought this set a while back. Very useful to have around. The low profile ratchet is pretty useful in many situations- only drawback is that you won't get much in terms of extension with the slim design. So if you need to reach something that's deep or requires a bit of clearance, this wouldn't be for you.
