This is a good deal. I have this set and the Cuisinart surprisingly honors the lifetime warranty. I just had a pan replaced without having to pay shipping or anything.

Someone mentioned they prefer non stick- those are trash in comparison. This set can last a lifetime, non stick will always eventually need to be replaced, while likely flaking bits of coating into your food.

I'm not a professional chef, but I think the only big difference is making sure your pan or pot is hot before adding oil, then ingredients. I just splash a few drops into the pan and hope to see the water droplets roll around without sticking. Then, I add oil, let that heat up for a couple minutes, then add ingredients. Cleanup is usually easy if you do that.

Ilike this deal and love the brand. but we generally only buy the pots and pick them up at resellers like Ross etc. I prefer the nonstick frying pans.

All I need is a set that has 12 inch skillet, and 8 quart sauce pan. I hate trying to cook in any tiny-lassie skillet.

Has been this price since Black Friday.
I had it on my Amazon cart and ended up not getting it... too old to begin to learn how to cook on stainless steel.
Searching for non stick cookware that isn't ceramic, looks bulky (Always pan) and/or isn't too heavy (cast iron). Also with just the right amount of pieces... don't need fifteen pots and ten pans, etc.

Any suggestions?
