For those, who wonder, automatic milk frother doesn't make a milk foam as good as you can make manually with pannaerello wand. Tested on Phillips 5400. The preparation time is way too short.

all comes down to how much effort you want to put into your drinks, the lattego makes acceptable froth and such for cappuccinos and clean up is a breeze. now the wand will open up more drinks for you on the lower end machines but for many learning what order to put the milk in, how much, and such, may be more than they are willing.

I suspect people buying super automatics are best served by just having the machine do it all
