Great deal. But what I hate about this company is how they try and screw people around with different prices and discounts.

You can get a different price depending on which browser you use, what email promotion they send you, if you buy it through a third party like this, use a coupon code, etc.

For instance I paid $40-50 I think for 1 year renewal just a couple weeks ago, so this makes me irritated.

That was with the best deal I could find at the time— and the price was anywhere from $40- over $100 depending on what link or offer I had.

Opinion- you're just pissing your customers off when they pay for your product and you try and screw them around. An hour after I paid the $40 renewal I got an email from them offering the same thing I just bought for $29.99.

But point is, this is a good deal no matter how you cut it.

There is also a similar offer that includes Malwarebytes premium and/or NordVPN through Newegg that may still be active. So you may also want to look into that if you're interested in those 2 products as well.
Newegg had them for $22.99 for two years, check that out instead

Can I purchase it now and activate it 6 months or 1 year later? I still have over 400 plus days with my other AV. Thank you!

I can confirm this is stackable. Also, someone asked if this was a digital code. Yes, you receive a license code and activate it via Bitdefender Central. It will ask you if you want to extend the current license or activate a new one.

Good product, but very annoying. Constant pop-ups to purchase VPN and such.
Pretty sure you can disable this because I no longer get them and I remember going through the options to disable it.

Weird that no one has really mentioned the big downside of this is that you're required to consent to automatic renewal at whatever price they decide to charge you for that.

I went through a bunch of options, and it never worked. Going to drop them for next update.

I believe my current one is the family pack version. So this 5 devices is not stackable? Thanks

Below is what I did (IIRC when checking the settings) and I do not get any notifications anymore. There are multiple settings spread out throughout different tabs and windows. Need to make sure they are all off.

1. Turn off Total security notifications: Go to settings, general, turn off security widget, special offers, and recommendation notifications.
2. Turn off VPN notifications: Go to privacy, click on open VPN, click on the settings icon, go to notifications tab, turn off allow notifications.
3. Turn off Safepay notifications: Go to privacy, click Settings under Safepay, click on the new settings tab, turn off all 3 settings here.

There are still additional settings in privacy and also under protection. I am not sure if I adjust anything there but this should get it to be fairly quiet. I wanted to switch to a different antivirus too when I first started using bitdefender but I rarely see any notifications now. Whatever I do see if what I still want to see. If any notifications come up that I do not want, then I played around the settings to disable it.

Somehow Newegg sold out of the 5 device/ 2 year download of Total Security, $32 deal still active at B&H.
