Is this basically the same thing as the South Africa version and other vpn-location deals that come around every month? I just did the SA version last week for only $35.
The only bummer is that it only works for "new" accounts. Would like for this to work for my son's account which is currently active with game pass.

Please note if you are a US account holder and activated using US code you cannot extend your xbox gamepass sub using an international code until your existing sub expires. Basically you'll be holding on to this for a long time. Same applies if you extend using international code and then try to extend using US sub code.

If this has changed please correct.

Risky yes. I remember reading that keys bought from any third party market like CDkeys, Eneba, etc all expire after 30 days.

I don't think you can stack these, since it only works with new or expired accounts, not active ones. If you activate one code, the other two you bought wouldn't work on that account since it would then be active.

The way explained in the thread is the easiest way IF you want to pay that oprice AND ur willing g to follow the instructions. But if it's over ur head, which is understandable cuz it was for me the first time, until I followed a thread, it's worth it. Actually, i paid like $60ish for 3 years on a different deal.

A vpn basically allows/shows you being in another country, so that u can activate that code in the country (Canada in this case) that allows that code/price. Once activated , ur US acct is good.

Eneba has 12 months Xbox Live Gold (Turkey) for ~$30 and I had no trouble redeeming the codes to my Microsoft account while using Private Internet Access to VPN from Turkey. Paid $96.68 for 3 years of Game Pass Ultimate with the conversion offer for new/returning members
