    • You will be prompted to upgrade your Xbox Live Gold to Game Pass Ultimate with a 1:1 conversion. The renewal date should be the same as your Xbox live gold, plus 1 month (Maximum 36 months).
  8. Total = $44.49 + $1 = $45.49.

Buy 3 qty from CDKeys, then claim each of the codes on MS site (you may need to open a new Incognito session each time, while still connected to VPN. Basically you'll add the Xbox Live Gold to your account 3 separate times (for 3 years). Then, disconnected from VPN and go back to MS website and click to Join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (or enter the code if you bought one from CDKeys).

This will then update your previously entered Xbox Live Gold (3 years) to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

I bought one just to test it and then the other two together. Doesn't seem to matter so long as you don't convert to the game pass until after you've added them to your gold account.

I don't think you can stack these, since it only works with new or expired accounts, not active ones. If you activate one code, the other two you bought wouldn't work on that account since it would then be active.

As long as you don't currently have GPU, you can buy 3 of these and stack them (36 months is the max). If you do already have GPU, let that expire first before you do something like this. Don't listen to the other person that replied to you. They are giving incorrect information that they "heard" somewhere. These codes are retail codes that don't expire and can be stacked up to Microsoft's limit of 36 months. Just make sure to follow the instructions in the OP exactly.

Is this basically the same thing as the South Africa version and other vpn-location deals that come around every month? I just did the SA version last week for only $35.
The only bummer is that it only works for "new" accounts. Would like for this to work for my son's account which is currently active with game pass.

It does work, you just need to let gamepass lapse and then pay the 1-month $14.95 fee after loading up on live to convert to ultimate again. I did this in Sept. with perfect results.

Please note if you are a US account holder and activated using US code you cannot extend your xbox gamepass sub using an international code until your existing sub expires. Basically you'll be holding on to this for a long time. Same applies if you extend using international code and then try to extend using US sub code.

If this has changed please correct.

Risky yes. I remember reading that keys bought from any third party market like CDkeys, Eneba, etc all expire after 30 days.

Yes, I had bought 3 years worth of codes back in June from Eneba that I held on to until my sub expired this month. When I tried redeeming all the codes had already been redeemed. Thankfully I was refunded for all but the process is kinda a pain.

You don’t want to renew until April 2023? HIGH RISK. I would NOT recommend you buy this today and save the code. These deals can be had throughout the year. Though you may need to wait a few weeks in between. It’s not worth buying this now to save the code for 5 months.

Eneba has 12 months Xbox Live Gold (Turkey) for ~$30 and I had no trouble redeeming the codes to my Microsoft account while using Private Internet Access to VPN from Turkey. Paid $96.68 for 3 years of Game Pass Ultimate with the conversion offer for new/returning members
