For the 10,000th time since people seem to ask it over & over & over & over...

Best Buy does not take trade-ins of phones that benefit from the same promo. Meaning, you can't trade a S21 FE/S22 (any)/ZFlip 4/Z Fold 4 towards a different phone in that same group.

You can't trade a S21 FE for anything
You can't trade a S22 for a S22+ or Ultra
You can't trade a S22 for a Z Flip/Z Fold 4

Wouldn't it be possible to receive the phone and go through a manual unlock procedure as Boost advertises no contract, or does someone know if you actually agree to some "pay the full price" clause. There seem to be sites and instructions to unlock the phones and it seems straightforward enough where 240 might be worth the gamble

No boost is selling these with a heavy subsidy. They price them out that the 1 year of service mark is the break even point.
