It's Sony, man. Flagship Sony. Please don't compare the flagships of Tcl vs Sony. No comparison.
Is brand more important than the technology? This use full array LED while TCL uses mini LED. By comparing their score in Rting, it seems like this one lose to the score. I assume Sony has better color calibration?
You quote rtings as from Moses. Lol. Sony will always trump tcl. They focus solely on electronics. Also Japanese workmanship vs korean or chinese. Honda and Sony two top pioneers. Both Japanese companies.

Damn it. I got the x90k and wall mounted it as well. Now do I return and get this or just live with the x90k. X90k was $1500 but comes with 5 year warranty as well. Not sure if Costco would pick up the TV for return. I'm assuming I have to drag it back to the store?

From what I have heard here, Costco picks up the TV if it was delivered. Thinking about returning 86" LG for this myself.

Aren't x90K & x95J both FALD? should be similar in performance. Last year's flagship is this year's Mid range, that's how it works right. AFAIK both also have XR processor and the same smart tv platform. Number of dimming zones may be different, but it's Sony, the number doesn't matter.
I think I've found my 75/77" TV! I was going to go with the U7H for $920 or the X80CK for $909 (Costco) but for a few hundred more I think this is worth it.

an X95 will utterly utterly destroy an X80, it's a MASSIVE upgrade if people can stretch to it.

The title of the thread seems to suggest yes but the Walmart site doesn't mention anything next to/near the quoted price for the 27th....
