My concern is they don't allow you to cancel in 2024.
By checking this box, you acknowledge that the Yearly Auto-Renewal (prepaid) membership(s) is for a minimum 12 months, and will renew annually until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the applicable annual term. There are no refunds except as otherwise provided by the terms of the Yearly Auto-Renewal agreement(s). You will be charged $ 419.89 (plus applicable tax), for your first renewal year. Thereafter, your Auto-Renewal Fee(s) may increase up to 10%, once per year. Notice will be sent in advance of each renewal to your email address on file.
Does that mean the third year is $420 too? Meaning its 3 years for $840?
It's $389 after taxes fir a Supersport here in the Houston area....the buddy option used to be anywhere from $5 to $10 per month per buddy pass. So this is a great deal.
I wish I would have gotten the 3 yr $500 prepaid with a $20 yearly renewal when I worked there ages ago. I had it all in the system and almost went thru with it but thought it may have looked as if I was about to quit or something.

I bought that deal around 2005. It was $700 for first 3 years and $50 a year after for sport access. I moved to an area with only super sport gyms and they added $20 a month on top of my $50 a year renewal so I canceled after awhile.

When I was at a sport, the only Supersports in the Houston area back then only had towel service iirc, so we'd tell ppl that, since it was more, and they'd just want the sport. Then nicer bigger Supersports starting popping up a few yrs later.
U may be able to get it reactivated as there was a class action lawsuit, I just don't know what time window there is. Then u could sell it, as there's an option in there to do a transfer to someone. I'm pretty sure that's what it states in one of the line item agreements.
According to 24GO support, "Guest pass holders and Buddies may make their own class reservation once they have registered at the kiosk in club." However, for popular classes, can you make reservation 2 days ahead like a regular member? If not, your buddies are out of luck for the popular classes. Does anyone know? I will call 24 tomorrow to find out more. If there is a way, my significant other doesn't need to join. We usually go to the same classes.

Yes, that's right, it will renew at $420 every single year after the first two years.
I just signed up, using the other BF promo they are running, cost is $242/yr. It is also nationwide. I am paying slightly more the first two years, however I am locking in at a significantly lower rate moving forward. The other thing I am not getting are buddy passes, but that's OK, I'll take the money I saved in place of buddy passes.
Just bought the platinum BOGO membership and got the contract over email afterwards but it looks suspicious.
The contract indicates the paid term is only for 12 months and the renewal fee will be charged after 12 months which does not make sense since the promotion states the second year is free so the paid term should be 24 months and the first renewal should be charged after 24 months.
