AMZ page says "list price" is $346, so this is supposedly 71% off, but price history shows this has never been more than $174 on AMZ.
"List price" for 1/2" version is actually cheaper at $161. It's "on sale" for $125.
This is used to tighten a bolt, nut, etc to a very specific torque setting. Like 23 ft lbs.
