Nice find. I have had these for about a year for under cabinet lighting. Works well — nothing fancy like syncing to your music for fun light patterns but they do have a few holiday and random color schemes. You can add a certain amount of extensions too (up to 32 feet total). Once you cut an extension, you can't continue to add to that line (unless you mod them).
We use the Alexa app to schedule gradual on in the morning and off at night.
Biggest pain point: they don't have extensions that don't light up if you want to extend lights through an area you don't want lighted. I guess you could tape over that section.

Do these have the insanely bad connectivity/reliability issues that CYNC has had previously? I've had 2 CYNC bulbs that have been absolutely garbage as far as reliability. Unable to turn them on or off, daily resets, sometimes works, sometimes not, factory defaults never fixed them and GE said "there's no issues". I just dumped them for some Hue bulbs because of the reliability issue.

I have one, it's been fine. In fact, all my cync bulbs have worked well. They get updates, maybe that helped with connectivity issues

My direct connect strip does have connection issues now and then, but nothing like my older C by GE smart bulb. I also haven't had to reset the light strip in years and it's just a button push instead of the ridiculous build reset process.
The most recent update created more lighting option with the light strip, like having it cycle through set or random colors and patterns.

Not mine. No issues at all for the year or so that I've had mine. I do keep up with firmware updates.
