Tru Grit and Amazon Basics have a wider handle than Athletic Works, which makes the Athletic Works harder grip with 2 hands. The smaller girth of the handle of AW and TR compared to AB makes it easier for your hand to grab the handle. The AW casting and paint job are top notch, and better than AB. AB have a better double boxing for shipping than AW, which is robust. I prefer the TG for the grippy paint and handle design over AB and AW. This is a good deal and thumbs up to the OP.

If you start lifting in KG though, you won't be able to lift items measured in lbs., and there's a slight chance that you'll start apologizing to everyone and saying "eh" after each sentence.... Stick Out Tongue

Hard to beat these for the price. Good quality. Smooth with no chipping. As for fitment the handle size does increase slightly with each weight increment. I bought a set from 12 -24kg about a year ago and still in great shape. Highly recommend.

Plenty of exercises for using one or two. Just youtube kettlebell exercises and go to town.
If you only want to start with one, there is still stuff you can do with it.

I use mine as dumbbells for arm curls, shoulder lifts, shoulder shrugs, leg lifts, etc. If you want to build the forearms, you can also do arm lifts and see if you can grip the kettlebells enough to keep the kettlebell straight. It's a bit of a more advanced move, but does help you tweak the fast twitch muscles.

Kettlebells are usually used one at a time. https://youtu.be/cKx8xE8jJZs here's a great tutorial video that will give you an idea.

Mine came in obliterated boxes too. The nice city is on this what it doesn't matter. They look perfect. Apparently the iron is more durable than the cardboard.

My mistake is I bought the 2 smaller sizes also. There weight is worthless. My advice is skip those unless you are a 5 year old math protégé or sumthin.
Really fond of these things.just hope it's not the type of coating that chips.

Got my 44lb one today, as a commenter said the hand is narrow so it makes kettlebell swings not feel as good as wider handles

Great quality though like it's built to freaken last

LOL You mean the 4 and 8KG? These are great for stuff like Delt specific and DTP work that is lower weight and higher (50-100) reps.

Also, the 8KG is $10 for me not $11

What is DTP work? Heck if you expanded on some of the exercises I could do with the small weights here I think it would help everyone. They are dirt cheap and available now.
