My last one year free Noggin expired in September. But, most/all of the shows the kids wanted to watch are also on Paramount+.

I, also realized youtube has live Paw Patrol that plays 24/7. I made a decision for sticking with public education program from 6 years old son's public kindergarten free online portal page.

Past couple years Noggin offered free annual subscriptions. Haven't seen it this year.

Thanks for posting! Noggin is also an app with reading & games. I prefer the interactivity vs just watching shows.
