What's wrong with it? I regret not getting it for 800.

I'm using it as a monitor for a computer and I personally despise WebOS. This would have been a better fit for me is all. Also, it developed dead pixels which is whatever, it happens. But LG support is abysmal and they put you through the ringer "troubleshooting" dead pixels... They even ask you to heat it with a heat gun and/or buy a $150 product on Amazon to "fix it." You don't have to do either of those things, they just want you to do something that gives them an out so they don't have to cover it under warranty.

Sounds like a problem with every brand except for ones like evga which I guess has customer service built into the pricing already.

Good customer service is so underrated despite the added cost which is worth it when things do go wrong. Seems the majority of people being casual consumers including me wouldn't know about this stuff unless they looked really deep.

You can't skip all that bs and ask them for a replacement if it's beyond 3 consecutive close to each other pixels or something?

For paranoid me at least, that's the reason protection plans like best buy make sense, especially for oled.

I mean, LG has premium pricing and is often similar in cost to Sony and Sony's support is fantastic. I am in a unique position where I had to deal with multiple failed TVs. Hisense support was pretty good, Sony is great, LG is terrible. I have not heard good things about gigabyte either so it may be irrelevant in this case.
