Not sure what all the hate is - I've had great experience with Visible and their deals. I've even resolved some issues on the customer support chat, I just had to wait a bit. It's not 1'st class post-paid Verizon service, but Visible works just fine. Strange to see people calling it a scam.

I got the May iPhone SE promo. The rebate came as promised. The Visible service was not great due to aggressive throttling at busy times. I was only in for phone promo so I ported out after 3 months.

A concern about doing this promo now is - is there a limit 1 per household per year? 12 months since last promo number was ported out?

Any one had success with short turn around promo time?

I have done the rebate three times in the last year with no issue. I get it through email about a week after the three months. No hassle at all.

Beware beware I've been a visible customer for 45 days and cannot wait to get away from them. Yes the service might be OK if you don't have any trouble but if you do it can take weeks to get it fixed the savings are just not worth it their customer service incompetence, it's just horrible.

Refer to the Better Business Bureau's and trust pilots reviews amongst many that are horrible.

I have not got my iPhone 14 pro max promotional items yet. Worse than that, ghe phone has not been unlocked after 75 days vs 60 day standard policy.

Stay away.
