Good deal but it's small, color is meh and no removable ash pan. FYI- the heat deflector on sale says it's 25", this fire pit all the way across is 21"but I'm not sure where the legs attach so there might not be enough room to use the legs.

Agreed...and they're ugly. Seems like the solo stove bonfire for $175 (after referral code) is a much better deal. Larger internal diameter and a lifetime warranty.

fyi.. I got the black one delivered yesterday by Fed Ex. Packaging was excellent. Not a single mark on the firepit and actually not as heavy as I thought but solid unit. Lid is impressive the build quality seems great. It is small but I will make a project out of it I don't need a volcano in my backyard. With a brick base and with this I am good to go.

Twice as expensive, still smaller and no lid? Not sure a warranty is important on this.

Has anyone ever ordered scratch and dent stuff from these guys?

Tempting to order a fire ring from them but noticed this in the description, which isn't reassuring and kind of sounds like taking a gamble:

Not sure where you live, but at least by me you can easily buy some "burn barrels" for under $20 off FB market place.

They are just spent 55g metal drums and way more suitable and cost effective for what you are trying to do.

I have this and love it but with a few caveats. You need to drill holes into the bottom for airflow. Otherwise the flame snuffs out easily even if you do a top down fire. See reviews on Amazon


Edit: looks like this the upgraded version with holes on the bottom. This is a great deal
