The coupon can be used on a wide variety of Zatarain's products, including the 12-packs. It can also be used on most McCormick products (they own Zatarain's). It can only be used once, though.

Last time they had this coupon, I used it on a 12-pack of red beans & rice and it came out to $1/box but the base price on that is pretty high right now so it's not such a good deal even with the coupon.

I'm glad to see Zatarain's Kitchen at the New Orleans airport finally closed down. Worst airport food experience I've had in my life followed with a long flight to Hawaii.

Cheap yellow mustard is what most people use if they really need binder. This stuff is kind of grainy. I'm sure this would work, but you would likely have more chance of the mustard taste in the meat.
