I own this. The ANC isnt very good. I wouldn't let that be a strong determinant for buying these.
Would you say you like it overall or are other options in the price range better?
If you're only needing a headphone for music and calls, keep the XM4s for be better ANC. If you need something more versatile (Gaming, conferencing, DAC with audio mixer and audio volume balancer, a hot swappable battery, line in/out, quickly switching between two USB sources, simultaneous Bluetooth and USB audio sources playing at once), go with these.
