If you're only needing a headphone for music and calls, keep the XM4s for be better ANC. If you need something more versatile (Gaming, conferencing, DAC with audio mixer and audio volume balancer, a hot swappable battery, line in/out, quickly switching between two USB sources, simultaneous Bluetooth and USB audio sources playing at once), go with these.

Side note, get the cooling gel ear pads linked below for a huge comfort upgrade. These also make the ANC nub in the ear cups no longer make contact with your ears.

Wow it even has an active noise cancellation?? Looks like I might have to return the Sony WH-1000XM4 I ordered from Amazon for $200.

The only downside is the giftcard...dunno what else to buy at the freaking Dell website laugh out loud

Yeah, I've been eyeing this since. I am very peeved that it hasn't dropped for BF/CM sales and needs Dell GC gymnastics to come close. If you're already rolling GCs from previous Dell deals, should try for this one.

I own this. The ANC isnt very good. I wouldn't let that be a strong determinant for buying these.
