Anyone know how well these hold an edge? I have nice chisels, but nothing this size, so I think I'll grab one to see at this price. Curious if anyone has any experience. The old Sheffield Marples M373 splitproof (red/yellow) were pretty decent chisels, not sure if that's still true nowadays.

These say made in China, so I would not expect anything as good as those old Sheffields .

(Just an FYI - 2" Kobalt chisel at Lowe's for $8.98. Not saying it's the same quality as the Irwin, I don't even know, but it's a good price for the Kobalt too) Smilie
