Why the hell do you care what people buy and or judge them? If you are to good for this stuff don't even bother coming into the thread. Sorry we are not good enough for you.

Wouldn't it be nice if they specified the expiration dates before you order these food items?....or would that be too "consumer centric" (as they claim to be)?
Ordering 1or 2, no biggie....but ordering a larger quantity just to find out that (surprise!) it expires in a month or two?

As for expirations.. Aging cheese is common and brings out more flavors. Get this and forget about two of them. Bust them out when you find them years later. I am using a 2010. Great "vintage"
