For reference, Costco's size is 24oz for $7.49 (little less little more depending on region). So this is about the same price but shipped to your house.
Why the hell do you care what people buy and or judge them? If you are to good for this stuff don't even bother coming into the thread. Sorry we are not good enough for you.
So much for the $4.29 suggested retail price in the fourth pic on Amazon.

That is a lot of 100% Parmesan Cheese ( and cellulose )

INGREDIENTS: PARMESAN CHEESE (PASTEURIZED PART-SKIM MILK, CHEESE CULTURE, SALT, ENZYMES), CELLULOSE POWDER TO PREVENT CAKING, POTASSIUM SORBATE TO PROTECT FLAVOR

Wouldn't it be nice if they specified the expiration dates before you order these food items?....or would that be too "consumer centric" (as they claim to be)?
Ordering 1or 2, no biggie....but ordering a larger quantity just to find out that (surprise!) it expires in a month or two?
Not a good look, Amazon!

As soon as you get it, it should be refrigerated

As for expirations.. Aging cheese is common and brings out more flavors. Get this and forget about two of them. Bust them out when you find them years later. I am using a 2010. Great "vintage"

You are welcome

You will find potassium sorbate used as a mold and yeast control in
Cheese
Baked goods
Dried fruits
Syrups
Jams and jellies
Smoked meat and fish
Yogurt
Pickles
Herbal dietary supplements
Also widely used in fermentation processes like wine production

The additive doesn't accumulate in the body and readily breaks down into carbon dioxide and water in the body,

Or freeze 2 of them unopened. Does everyone refrigerate after opening these? I just recently saw the "Refrigerate after opening" on the package.
