I've got one too from the last time it was $25 on Amazon (back in Nov 2023 apparently). Used it on some electrical, but haven't used it a ton. All 3 settings pretty fast for zipping machine screws for electrical plate cover & receptacles/switches. Power/torque wise it's a little aggressive for tightening down plate covers. I'd only want to use it to go like 90% before the screw starts sinching down, stop, and do the rest by hand. It can probably drive wood screws if needed.

Could definitely use the ability to feather speed more. Market's ripe for one of these compact battery bit drivers that can do that AND do a good job approximating torque like a typical 'clutch' mechanism you see on a lot of 12-18V drills.

One issue I've noticed when charging it, though - it doesn't seem to work with anything but 5V from USB-A outlets via USB-A to C adapter. I've tried a bunch of USB-C cables/chargers/power banks, but USB-A to C adapter seems to be the only way to get it to charge.

I too bought this at the last $20 deal at Sam's; I use it all the time when full drill driver is overkill. Multiple speed selection is a key feature.

Would definitely recommend.

How long does it keep a charge? I've tried things like this before and every time I go to use it, it's dead because I only need it once a month or so.

I work on computers and this little gadget is worth it at regular price. I used it for hours today. If you need a light duty "drill", don't hesitate to get this one!

Retailers more and more are normalizing shipping unless you spend a certain amount or do a pickup.

I have the WX242 like the person above and I like it a lot as well for the same reason. Only thing I noticed... for some reason if I don't use the included cable, it won't charge to full charge. I actually returned one because of this, but when you use the included cable it will indicate a full charge.
