I just used it 2 weeks ago and it actually worked. I was suspicious if it would since I only paid $4 for it.

Thanks for posting this. Will give it a shot for $3. My Cobalt luckily didn't have TPMS but a few of my other GM vehicles do.

Nice feature to have on a car, but sure is annoying when they malfunction and freak you out or randomly die and throw all sorts of alerts.

Inquiring minds want to know.

I love how my Nissan's TPMS goes bonkers after a cold front and it shows my tires with super low pressure, which I know is a lie....

I use this on a Chevy Silverado every winter/spring when I'm changing back and forth between all season and winter tires.

It really likes having a fully charged 9v battery, once that low battery light comes on it will take a number of tries for it to see the sensor.

Hold the reader parallel to the ground, and I aim at the tire sidewall directly above the valve stem in each wheel. I'm maybe an inch or two away from the tire when pointing at it.

I've tried aiming directly at the valve stem and at different angles but I think the tpms sensor is a bit higher than that, at least on trucks.

Went through a lot of trial and error figuring out what works, so give that a try first before assuming the tool is junk 👍.

I flip cars for a hobby and usually steer clear of GMs, but for $3, I pulled the trigger. Thx, OP!

Yeah I was skeptical about whether it would work but used it a few days ago for the first time and it surprised me. As someone else said, it likes a fresh 9v. I put what I thought was a fresh battery in it, no low battery light but it didn't pick up the tpms sensor. Tried a different battery and it worked great. I think the first battery I grabbed had enough power to make sure the low battery light didn't illuminate, but not enough to properly power it. Saved me from having to drag out the air compressor to lower/add air though.

I have a 2022 Infiniti QX55. One of the comments said it worked with an 2014 Infiniti QX56 (different vehicle...) Anyway, I figured for $3... it's worth the gamble....
