You have to understand how incredibly cheap this is for a shoe that punches way above it's weight. This thing is about as good as the Nike Fly that broke the marathon record. I have used so many brands, bought so many highly recommended shoes from Runner's World or other forums, tried shoes for years, and I now wear Saucony almost exclusively for two big reasons: 1. They are built to last, you can kick them off outdoors and let the SoCal heat beat on them and they don't warp or shrink like Asics do. 2. Their supination and pronation ratings are accurate, when you test shoes at places like Road Runner's treadmill, most other brands don't land consistently, like Brooks or On or Hoka, 5 overpronation shoes from those brands will all land differently, however, ALL Saucony overpronation shoes land exactly the same despite branding and pricing (what I mean is they make the same pattern on the scanner, and cause the legs to stride the same way). When Saucony joined Wolverine worldwide they became less durable and more fashionable so for some time they've been making pretty harsh riding shoes that bottom out a lot, or shoes with low heel cups, and shoes that don't "spring", and it's not until they introduced the Triumph (and all shoes subsequently) that they started leading the pack on affordability and usability. So buy 5 pairs if you can afford it lol, you never know when they might go back to cost cutting again and turn to poop, so get'em while they're good.

Nice find. Looks like the other styles are on sale too, but for Men's they are all wiped out though there are some sizes left for Women's.

Can anyone comment if these are good for day to day walking? Based on my research more for races and long distance but no definite answer.
I use them for walking. I walk about 50 miles a week and they're fine, but they are hard and can be rough if you're used to softer shoes. I like them because they control my supination somewhat. I do sometimes wish the sole was a bit softer, but it's ok.

These are really good for walking and running. I bought them when they were on sale for $65. It does feel awkward initially but they are extremely light and very comfortable now.

Even with this "dead" deal I still just snagged a pair of Vizipro Pro2's for 67 bucks with the healthcare discount. Still a fantastic deal. Threw in a pair of tights on sale to get me over $100 so free shipping too. Thanks OP

Speeds are softer, but Pros are more stable. At $40 (if it is back to that) - I'd say give it a try and see for yourself. However, if you mostly walk slowly as opposed to a brisk walk (and more so - if you are tall or out of shape) - I'd say Pro would be a better choice. Speeds are like riding a bicycle - the faster you go the more stable they feel. Pros are like that as well, but to a lesser degree.
