They're considered a very good value but the Sony A95K is better. If you have time and want to go down into the weeds then you can watch the Value Electronics 2022 TV Shootout. There are also plenty of summary videos of the results like this one.

Who has time for that?
🙄 Someone has a reading comprehension problem. I said "if you have time" and if you don't then just google "LG vs Sony vs Samung OLED" and see what comes up and if that takes too long for you because you have the attention span of a gnat then just buy any TV since you don't have the patience to research anyway.

I bought the 65 inch model during black Friday and so far I'm having a blast. My first OLED and I'm blown away by the colors and dynamic range.

Samsung S95B vs. Sony A95K [rtings.com]

Samsung S95B vs. LG C2 [rtings.com]

Samsung S95B vs. LG G2 [rtings.com]

The Samsung and Sony use the same panel, it's how they do image processing that is different. The Samsung has 4 HDMI 2.1 ports whereas the Sony only has 2 and one of those is also the eARC port. Videophiles will want to pick up the Sony while gamers will want the Samsung despite the ridiculous price difference between the two for the same size.

The $1120 price for the Samsung 55" is the lowest it's ever been whereas the 65" has been down to $1399 twice in the last few months. I think the lowest I've seen the Sony 55" is $2499 and the 65" $2999, although I swear I saw the 55" for $1999 and the 65" for $2499 for Black Friday somewhere.

For research Rtings.com. Quick and easy. But for the price , cannot beat this deal on an OLED.

I got one back in March and agree it looks amazing. I could never go back to LED tv's.

The Sony is marginally better than the Samsung according to some (not Rtings) but it is worth an extra $1,500 (more than twice the price of the S95b)? The answer is clearly no not even close.

I sell TVs, and own a80

I prefer Sony but the Samsung is a damn good tv especially at these epp prices. I actually care about Dolby vision(unpopular opinion), so I'll still get a Sony. If I didn't get a good discount on those Sonys, I'd likely jump on this Samsung.
