The Mac would be better *except* for those who are not in the Apple ecosystem, or are just accustomed to Windows, or who own Windows software or games, or otherwise need it for work, or... probably most people 😅

If everything else is equal, I'd go with IdeaPad. If price is the same, I'd go with Gram.

Check the official spec and you will find that the display for this laptop is abysmally bad for the price. It is a 250-nits display with 45% NTSC or around 55%-60% sRGB color gamut. At this price, almost all manufacturers now offer a 300-nits 100% sRGB 1080p or 1200P panel and some even a 2.2K panel.
The one in this thread is good, but too bad it is a Touch and 12th gen. I read that the 12th gen heats up more, therefore battery isn't as good vs the 11th gen. Add in the Touch and it lessens the battery even more.
