speaker and voice ports are always broken, had technician came to fix but no luck. Also, there are many reddit posts about this issue.

I'm not seeing it on reddit, ports are prone to failure in general though.

Not sure what a technician can do for a built in port beyond change the motherboard, unless you mean the one on the front panel which could be swapped...maybe.

If want to play it safe, you can purchase this towards the end of the sale(12/13/22). If the price drop for Christmas/New Year's sale, then you can request a price adjustment. As long as your purchase date is within 30 days of the sale and the sale isn't over, they will honor it. Worst case scenario, if it does go over 30 days and they won't honor the price adjustment, you can return and rebuy for cheaper price. You can return/exchange within 90 days of date of purchase for computers.

It's not right, and very anti-consumer, since (moreso with laptops) the specs can be misleading. Many cases of i5-1240P's doing better than i7-1260P's, i5-12400H better than i7-12700H, etc. 3070 vs 3060 vs 3060Ti? Depends on the wattage and thermal package of the chassis, etc. etc. So basically the specs only give you a rough ballpark of actual performance, and sometimes systems perform much worse than the specs would lead you to believe, due to thermal constraints or other reasons OEMs don't publicly expose.
You bring up a question for those of us that aren't as hardware-oriented when it comes to computers: is there a site that tries to benchmark all these components and shows different builds and how they compare to each other?

I know NotebookCheck does a decent job with it for, well, notebooks, but what about these pre-built systems?
