Just a heads up about the Amazon Basics Warranty, it's completely bogus. Woot directs you to obtain warranty replacements from Amazon and Amazon can't replace a product that which they have no order number for in their system. I just went through this ordeal and basically just got a refund from Woot after complaining to the right people.

Buyer beware, consider this to have no warranty.

Yes. The 120hz part dep411 mentioned only applies if you have a tv that supports 120hz input or if you were using a computer monitor that supported 120hz+. 120hz/240hz smoothing is not the same thing is just marketing where the tv makes up frames by looking at the previous frame(s) and the current one causing more display lag which you don't want if your playing games.

Side note I'd be willing to wager the cable would still work at 120hz since its just an electrical conductor and is not part of the hdmi handshake. That said dep411 is right in that it would be better to get one rated for hdmi 2.1 if you wanted to use it in a 2.1 setting.
