Generated a pin a few days ago. Checked My Offers today and saw 25% off a line for six months. Given that I have four lines, that'll be $45 a month savings for me.
Obviously YMMV with these things but worth a shot.

- Open the My Verizon app
- Scroll down to the bottom and click on Profile & settings
- Select Mobile
- Scroll down to Security and click on Number Transfer PIN
- Click Generate PIN
- Verify though mobile device
- Transfer PIN should be generated
